eProperty Innovations LLC includes ePropertyPlus™, our property management system, and eProperty Solutions, our strategic consulting services. Since 2005, our team has provided community revitalization services, rooted in data and technology, to public and private sector clients. We have developed software applications supporting disaster recovery, grants management and community revitalization. Today, our core focus is supporting and expanding our award-winning ePropertyPlus software, a property management system developed to support property data management and property revitalization by local governments, land banks, and others.

ePropertyPlus was originally developed in consultation with Center for Community Progress and Michigan land banks. ePropertyPlus is the preferred software solution for land banks tasked to put property back to productive reuse. Its benefits: flexibility, ease of use, and affordability. In 2017, we added business consulting services. We now leverage our strong domain expertise to help our partners jump start their property redevelopment strategies. Our strategic consulting has helped organizations in Texas, Alabama, Connecticut, Nebraska, and Illinois.

Prior to 2019, eProperty Innovations was named STR. Grants LLC and was owned by parent company STR LLC.

As STR. Grants, we produced and managed the successful eGrantsPlus platform that supported the $8 billion HUD/CDBG-funded Road Home homeowner rebuilding program for victims of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Upon the sale of the eGrantsPlus platform in 2019, STR LLC was renamed Defense BudgETT and STR. Grants L.L.C. was renamed eProperty Innovations LLC.

Our company remains a veteran-owned small business formerly based in Vienna, VA, and now located in Chicago, IL.

Our Team comprises insightful professionals with decades of expertise in providing effective solutions to public and private sector clients.
