Scott brings over 15 years’ customer support and success management experience to eProperty Innovations. As Customer Success Lead, Scott provides first response support for ePropertyPlus Users to troubleshoot common issues and triages support requests to other members of the team as (rarely) required. Scott develops training videos, curates our online knowledge base, organizes user group trainings, and onboards new subscribers into ePropertyPlus. Scott has a background in theater and performing arts and lives in Chicago.
