eProperty Innovations LLC is grounded in community revitalization. We view challenges as opportunities and love nothing more than to roll up our sleeves and dig into a tough project with our front-line community partners. 

We follow a community of practice approach and see ourselves as part of a larger community of professionals bringing distressed real property to new life. We listen, we learn, and we apply lessons learned to make meaningful contributions to the field. We never stop iterating. 

Our services include ePropertyPlus software, which supports the nation’s leading land banks and community redevelopment organizations and strategic consulting services that accelerate impact for similar organizations. We built ePropertyPlus in consultation with the Center for Community Progress and Michigan land banks back in 2013 as a comprehensive software solution to manage the full property lifecycle. A decade-plus later, ePropertyPlus is the preferred software solution for land banks putting property back to productive reuse. 

In 2017, eProperty Innovations expanded our strategic consulting services to focus not just on how to leverage data and technology, but how to launch or reposition effective organizations that can tackle tough property challenges. We do feasibility analysis, provide executive coaching and search services, and soup-to-nuts consulting engagements to launch brand new organizations. We’ve helped launch or reorganize new land banks from Illinois to Texas, Connecticut to California. We’re always looking for new projects and new partners.

Prior to 2019, eProperty Innovations was named STR. Grants LLC and was owned by STR, LLC. As STR. Grants LLC, we built and administered software applications to support disaster recovery grants management and related activities.
